“Our Soul Purpose is to Love Unconditionally” - Staci D.
Provide support, advocacy, and guidance to parents with children on the Autism Spectrum and any other different abilities. I have a son diagnosed with Autism and felt alone in my journey. I had to learn many things, especially in the educational system, with minimal support. My passion and goal is to support others who have struggled with IEP’s, Education, Behavioral Issues, and any other day-to-day issues. I want to assure parents that they are not alone in this journey and instill confidence that you and your child/children are loved and have purpose without limitations.
I also provide support for individuals who have experienced childhood trauma and/or toxic relationships by focusing on unconditional self-love.
My passion for others and dedication to others derive from my own experiences. My desire is that no one feel alone during challenging life experiences.
“Self Love is the KEY to experiencing the life we desire.”
“Staci is the most pleasant, patient, and knowledgeable person I know. She is cognizant of how children react and she knows what parents need. She is open and honest and willing to help in any way she can. Staci is always smiling even when it is hard some days to find something to smile about. She is positive and such a brilliant ray of light and my world is so much more blessed because I met her. She started out as an acquaintance but quickly grew into someone I can trust and call a friend and in today’s world that is rare. You will love working with, listening to and taking advice from Staci because she is transparent and means what she says.”Matissa C.
“Staci and I reconnected when I was going through a very stressful, dark time in my life! I truly felt like throwing in the towel. However, through many conversations with her, she has taught me that I am worth more than I was giving myself or allowing people in my life to give me. Her positive and encouraging words has and continues to bring a brighter light to my life and encourages me to continue the fight to a better, happier me. She has such a positive, loving and compassionate spirit that is sure to uplift you no matter what you’re going through. She is such a great person to know. I thank God that she is a part of my life.” Anitra Rush
“Staci is compassionate about what she does and her friends. She has counseled me on so many situations and she explains things so you can understand. She knows her stuff. I am telling you she is awesome and I love her so much.” April B.
“Staci is easily one of the kindest people I’ve ever met, I wish the world were full of more people like her. When my severely ASD, non verbal, son started EC PreK within an elementary school, I was a nervous wreck. Since the very first day, Staci made an effort to learn my son’s name and to say Good Morning and goodbye every single day. I wasn’t sure if my son heard her or even noticed that she was doing that. After about a month of her just caring enough to make him feel welcome. he started acknowledging her effort. That led to him stopping at the front desk every day anticipating for her to say hello and goodbye and even giving her hugs. I will never forget the day walking out of school that I heard my son say his first name, “Bye Staci, as he giggled at our shock. I noticed that Staci not only did this for my son, but she greeted all the children/parents/caregivers and knew all their names. She treated everyone with respect. She treated everyone as a friend. She would check in on us if we missed a few days of school. She went out of her way to be kind, that’s something you never forget!” Amanda Benson
Staci is 49 years old and has been a single parent to a son, now 19, on the Autism Spectrum. She has overcome many struggles throughout her life such as childhood trauma, toxic relationships and surviving a cardiac arrest in 2018, which led her down a path to reinventing and embracing life. She has been on this healing and self-love journey for a number of years and continues this journey today. Staci feels that transformation is a lifelong process.
Staci has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Development and Family Studies. She also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy with Pre-Law Concentration and is currently working towards a Master’s Degree in Law Studies to assist further with her advocacy work.
Staci’s advocacy work has involved volunteering as room parent throughout her son’s elementary school years. She has been a PTA Board member for 6 years. She worked for the school system for 5 years. She was testing coordinator at a high school for children with exceptional needs and data manager/receptionist at a pre-school for children with exceptional needs.
She has met many people in these roles. She approached each parent and child with love, support, and acceptance. Staci is passionate and dedicated to affecting change for all that have contact with her. She truly believes our soul purpose in life is to love.
“From the first moment my husband and I met Staci, we felt like we had known her our whole lives. That’s the connection I think a lot of us parents crave. She’s caring, humble, honest and truthful. She has always treated our son, Luke, as she would her own, as well as the rest of our children. Going through her own trauma and tribulations throughout her lifetime has given her the ability and gift of helping and guiding others. I am so proud of Staci, glad that she was sent our way and comfort in knowing I have a forever friend that had a major impact on my families life, in the most positive way!” Megan Reeves
“Staci and I have had many conversations which have left me fulfilled and feeling empowered to reach higher in my dreams and aspirations. With her support, I have revised my vision to create mindfulness programs for parents to use with their children and families. I highly recommend working with Staci to dream, develop and improve what can be accomplished!” Candi Seil, BABY KNOW
